  • You don’t always need a vehicle—there are walk-up and curbside/distribution options.
  • For help locating a distribution or navigating options, call 210-431-8326.
  • Some distributions require preregistration; if so, you’ll receive a confirmation code.

Benefits & Assistance Programs

  • The Food Bank helps with applying for or renewing SNAP, Medicaid, and other programs.
  • You can submit an online e-referral form, and a team member will reach out to assist you.
  • By phone, you can reach the benefits assistance team at 210-431-8326 (Monday–Friday 8 AM–6 PM, Saturday 9 AM–3 PM).
