2026 Omega Psi Phi Talent Hunt Competition
Calling All High School Performers!
Do you have a gift for singing, dancing, acting, playing an instrument, or creating visual art? The Eta Xi Nu Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., in partnership with the Tri-County Friendship Foundation, invites you to showcase your talents at the 2026 Talent Hunt Competition. This exciting event celebrates the artistic abilities of high school students across our community. Whether you’ve been perfecting your craft for years or recently discovered your passion, this is your moment to shine on stage and compete for cash prizes.
Event Details
Date: Sunday, March 1, 2026
Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Location: Veterans Memorial High School, 7618 E Evans Rd, San Antonio, TX 78266
Performance Categories
Contestants may compete in one of the following categories:
- Vocal Performance – Solo singing in any genre
- Dance – Any style of dance performance
- Instrumental Music – Showcase your skills on any instrument
- Drama – Monologues, scenes, or spoken word
- Visual Arts – Sculpture, painting, drawing, and other visual mediums
Prizes
Winners will receive cash awards and recognition for their talents:
- 1st Place: $700 + Advancement to the Southwest Region Talent Hunt Competition
- 2nd Place: $200
- 3rd Place: $100
The first-place winner will have the incredible opportunity to represent our community at the regional level!
Who Can Apply?
This competition is open to high school students in grades 9 through 12. Space is limited to 20 contestants, so early registration is encouraged.

Registration is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
